Barre fit is a low-intensity, high burn class that targets, small muscles, and movements that are often missed in other workouts! Barre fit uses several tools such as weights, straps, sliders, etc., all provided by the Studio. Participants receive a full body workout, both at the barre and on the floor by completing intervals of low-intensity movement during class. This class is available and ideal for all levels of participants.
It’s a high-energy, dance-based workout set to your favorite trending pop and hip-hop hits. Think of it as the ultimate party on the dance floor, where burning calories feels effortless because you're having so much fun! This class is available and ideal for all levels of participants.
Slow burn is a low-intensity class that focuses on and optimizes small movements for big results! This Pilates-style class involves weights, straps, blocks, etc., and is often completed on a yoga mat. All of these tools are provided by the Studio, and are used to optimize each participants' experience and growth. This class is available and ideal for all levels of participants.
